During the first phase of shooting, Rakhi was supposed to wear a fake belly to have experience of pregnancy. The lead pair of Ashutosh Gowariker’s next, Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey, which is based on the Chittagong Uprising, is finally in place. We had earlier reported that Abhishek Bachchan will play the lead role as Surjya Sen. Gowariker has now finalised Asin to play the female lead. A source said, “This will be the first time that Abhishek and Asin will be paired opposite each other. The film’s first schedule will tentatively start around November 25.” Apparently, the forthcoming film will be produced by Gowariker.

The time of her very first film Boom and how as a shy reticent girl she had been bullied by the director not to ever look into the monitor. She was new and uncertain like most of us, but was keen to see what she looked like on screen. I thought it was a most natural and common desire and one that should have been allowed by the director, but when he did not express its possibility to the rest of the cast, I had dragged her to the monitor and given her the first look of what she looked like, to her. To her credit she still remembers that moment,” he wrote.

Amitabh Bachchan, who was there with his family, wife, bahu, son and daughter and who received the Lifetime Achievement award said, “Well, now I’ll have to make more space to fit in yet another award.”
Katrina also won the GQ woman of the year award. Once again Katrina was seen sans Salman and was seen posing for the shutterbugs with Karan Johar. Abhay Deol picked up the Breakthrough Talent title.
