I have details of 13-point agreement between Benazir-Musharraf: Rashid

Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rashid Ahmad has claimed that he has details of a 13-point agreement between Benazir Bhutto and former President Pervez Musharraf.

Talking to a private TV channel, the former minister said one of the points was a proposal by the former PPP chairwoman, which asked Musharraf to restore sacked Chief Justice Ifitkhar Muhammad Chaudhry.

Musharraf and Benazir had reached an agreement in July 2007, according to which he as civilian President, would deal with national security and foreign affairs, while Bhutto as Prime Minister, would act as the chief executive and exercise the remainder of the powers, said Asia Times.

The paper, a Hong Kong based publication said that it was also agreed that a ban on serving three consecutive terms as Prime Minister would be lifted and Bhutto will face no legal action on her return to Pakistan.

Both the UK and the US are said to have played a key role in having these understandings reached, the paper claimed.

Meanwhile, Senator Nabeel Gabool of Pakistan People''s Party (PPP) said Bhutto had also agreed to provide "safe passage" to Musharraf after his exit from power.

He said Musharraf was asking for safe-passage from Bhutto through the dialogue.

He said that in 1971, General Yahya Khan had also asked Zulfikar Ali Bhutto to take over power and give him safe passage and now the present rulers are facing the same situation.

UN still to decide taking up probe into Benazir Bhutto’s killing

After Pakistan made a formal request to probe Benazir Bhutto’s killing in December, UN officials are said to be analysing the UN procedures to conduct the probe.

The UN has yet to decide if the new Pakistani government’s request to have an investigation of former premier Benazir Bhutto’s assassination is to be acceded to, reported the Daily Times.

According to Brenden Varma of the office of the UN spokesman, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon met Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi in Paris this week and told him that the UN was analysing the Pakistan’s request and UN procedures.

There would need to be consultations with member states, he said and added that he had “no definitive news to give about the request for an investigation just yet”.

PPP Protests Against Burning Of Benazir, Zardari Portraits

HYDERABAD: Activists of the ruling Pakistan Peopleís Party (PPP) on Thursday took out rallies and staged demonstrations against the burning and disgracing of portraits of Benazir Bhutto and Asif Ali Zardari in the Punjab cities.

Activists of the Sindh Peopleís Youth took out a rally, led by divisional president Ahsan Abro and others, with activists chanting slogans against the workers of the PML-N.

Another protest rally was brought to the Hyderabad Press Club, which was led by provincial minister Zahid Bhurguri, Amanullah Siyal, Aftab Khanzada and others. The protesters were carrying placards inscribed with slogans against the PML-N workers and demanding President Zardari to take action against those involved in damaging the portraits of the slain chairperson.

The protesters also set on fire the effigy of PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif. They said protesting against the decision of the apex court was the right of the PML-N but damaging the portraits of Benazir Bhutto and Asif Zardari had hurt the sentiments of millions of supporters of the PPP.

Large contingents of police and Rangers were deployed to prevent violence as the PML-N workers were staging a demonstration at the press club when the PPP workers arrived.

Our Khairpur correspondent adds: The students wing of the PPP protested against the destruction of the monument of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto in Rawalpindi by the PML-N workers.

The students of the Shah Abdul Latif University staged a demonstration and alleged that the PML-N was instigating the PPP workers but said the PPP was a party of democratic personalities. They said the Supreme Court had announced the disqualification decision on merit.

However, they said, the PML-N was accusing President Asif Ali Zardari for the verdict. The tone of the Sharif brothers towards the president of Pakistan was intolerable, they said. They said if the Sharifs did not change their tone of criticism, then they will react.

The PPP women wing protested against the disfiguring of portraits of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto. The women workers said the PPPP will not tolerate such acts of the PML-N.

Our Naushahro Feroze correspondent adds: Hundreds of activists of the PPP staged a protest and a sit-in outside the local press club against the disfiguring of portraits of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto in Rawalpindi and other cities of the Punjab.

The rally started from the PPP district office and went round the entire city before terminating at the local press club. The rally was led by Sadruddin Ujan, president PPP Lawyers Forum, Ubaidullah Rajpar, Shahnaz Ansar, district president PPP Women Wing, Bakhtawar Vistro and others.

The protesters raised slogans against the PML-N and the Chaudhry brothers. Speaking to a large gathering, the local leaders said Benazir Bhutto had sacrificed her life for democracy in Pakistan and its masses.

Zardari targeting Benazir’s close aides considered threat to his supremacy

Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari considers his critics and supporters of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, as rivals and a potential threat to his supremacy, a Telegraph report suggests.

Zardari has initiated disciplinary action against Dr Safdar Abbasi and his wife, Naheed Khan, a close associate of Bhutto, for their open criticism of his rule.

Another senior Pakistan People's Party (PPP) leader, Aitzaz Ahsan, has been snatched of his Central Executive Committee membership, as Ahsan played a leading role in the movement to restore the former Chief Justice, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, who was sacked by former President General Pervez Musharraf.

"We have not yet been issued notices, but Aitzaz is first and we will be next in line," the newspaper quoted, Abbasi, as saying.

Naheed Khan had charged Zardari of running the party as a ''one-man show'', and termed his leadership as a complete failure. She also accused Zardari of abandoning Bhutto's political vision.

Sources said that Zardari was particularly irritated when Abbasi, her wife, and Ahsan visited Bhutto's sister Sanam in London recently. Zardari considered the meeting as a conspiration against his leadership, as Sanam had earlier been presented as a possible successor of Benazir Bhutto, following her assassination, by some senior party leaders.

Sources also added that close associates of Zardari aired false news about romance between Fatima, Bhutto's niece, and Hollywood actor George Clooney to malign her image and dent her authority as a potential future leader of the party.

The mandate of the UN commission

The mandate of the UN commission that will probe the 2007 assassination of former Pakistani premier Benazir Bhutto will not exceed six months and will not extend to conducting a criminal investigation, according to a UN letter.

In a letter to the UN Security Council, UN chief Ban Ki-moon, said that after extensive discussions with Pakistani authorities and members of the Security Council, "it has been agreed that the international commission should be fact-finding in nature and that its mandate would be to determine the facts and circumstances of the assassination."

"The duty of determining criminal responsibility of the perpetrators of the assassination would remain with the Pakistani authorities," Dawn quoted Ban's letter, as saying.

The UN Secretary General made the announcement on the independent panel on Wednesday at a banquet hosted by Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari.

Pakistan had called for a UN commission to probe the assassination of the two-time Prime Minister who was killed at a campaign rally, after her supporters were angered by conflicting accounts from the then-government of how she died.

UN sources said the UN enquiry panel was likely to be headed by Chile's UN Ambassador Heraldo Munoz.

Partner to launch Classmate PCs in India

Developed to aid students in their classroom learning, the PC features an Intel Processor 900 Mhz, WiFi and Ethernet connectivity, water-resistant keyboard, a 7-inch LCD screen, 215 MB and 512 MB RAM with 1 GB and 2 GB flash memory. With the Classmate PC, Intel-HCl will also offer note taker and digital pens.

Furthermore, Intel is also working with Educomp, leading educational service provider, for the design, development, prototype creation and proof of concept of Classmate PCs.
“It is priced in the sub-Rs 18,000 range but it also includes the cost of installing supporting connectivity infrastructure, teachers’ training and customized integrated learning solutions through our tie-up with content developers and education service provider. Later, the cost will go down further,” said Rajendra Kumar, HCL Infosystems Executive Vice-president.
Classmate PCs will be retailed through schools and HCL Infosystems and also by Intel OEM partners Wipro and Zenith shortly in August-September 2007. It is expected to deploy 3,000-5,000 such PCs over the next nine months to a year.

Higher Education! Isn't it a waste?

A few years ago, it was a trend of the young graduates applying for the scholarships and enrolling them to the foreign universities, more and more students appearing in the NTS - National Testing Service quizzes for different scholarships; most of them for foreign universities, and least of them strengthening the universities of the country.

I don't know what would be the future of those vacuumed in foreign countries, now as the funds to HEC - Higher Education Commission are no more available.

But a question I must ask, whether the returning folks from the foreign countries have the facilities of research, labs, and opportunities for grooming their work over here. NUST - National University of Science and Technology has acquired acres of land for campus in Islamabad, has offered number of scholarships to the students in foreign countries, but I don't think would have strengthened the laboratories and research tombs they are decorating these days.

I am the one who has witnessed the PC - 1 of the boundary wall for a 20,000 acres of Gomal University, and the laboratories & libraries of the university seems ghost houses. Hazara University is offering more than 65 degrees in different disciplines, but many of departments lacks basic necessities to proceed with practical work of under graduates.

I don't know what the hell would those Ph.D's do, when they'll back here, most of them expecting a massive salary packages in universities, not the research & development work they were expected for. Who would offer them same, when HEC is on it's knees!

Policy makes higher education a waste!

A few days ago, in a post, "Higher Education, Isn't it a waste?", which stated the folks getting in to the trouble, while higher education commission gets in to severe crisis after a cutoff in the budget. In a response to this post, few of my friends quoted it as a rubbish, that how can be the higher education a waste for the country, what actually is the reason that the higher education seems a waste to me. I would suggest that I am also in confidence that in Pakistan, the policies followed are most of the dumb shit. e.g. when higher education is being debated today, who cares about the primary and the secondary education. Millions of Dollars are being spent for the scholarships and the research purposes, but the conditions of the standard in the government schools and even in the most of the privately operated schools is pity. I would quote the conditions of the working days in primary education, if is average, the primary schools are operating for only 72 days in a year academically. I don't know how can students of such systems can be a better option for the higher education.

One of my friend wrote here that, "I fully agree isn't it a waste., better to have more ministers and people have the status of minister rather than giving scholarships to deserving students", for that my brother, I would only say that I am also not in favor of having a clone of ministers roaming here and there, with nothing to do, just like same I am also not interested and would not like to see a clone of Ph.D's wandering here and there in this country, like many of other unemployed young graduates, where the research institutions, laboratories and universities have nothing to do any thing. I have witnessed many professors just practicing a campus politics and kitty parties, as they don't have any work to do, because the laboratories and research facilities doesn't exist. I am only saying that, "Isn't it a waste, that existing professionals are doing nothing, and suppose many are yet to come!"

Torture of PSF office-bearer condemned

THE Peoples Students Federation (PSF), Punjab, has condemned the alleged torture of PSF Punjab general secretary and demanded the Pakistan Peoples Party leadership take notice of the incident.

Addressing a press conference at Lahore Press Club on Saturday, PSF Punjab General Secretary Zohaib Butt and other office-bearers alleged that he (Zohaib Butt) was tortured when PSF activists were chanting slogans for restoration of student unions and rights of students during the district convention of the party at Kasur on Jan 30.

They alleged that some men of Pakistan Peoples Party Central Executive Committee member Ch Manzoor Ahmed were responsible for torture of the PSF Punjab general secretary.

They said the Pakistan Peoples Party leaders sitting on stage during the convention acted as silent spectators and did nothing when Zohaib Butt was being tortured. They demanded the PPP either abolish its student wing or give proper representation to it and solve its problems.

Intel Collaboration with Sindh Education Foundation

Sindh Education Foundation (SEF) is semi-autonomous organization focused on disseminating education in the disadvantaged and rural areas of the province of Sindh. The SEF works closely with the community, and has extended support to the Intel Education Initiative in the latter half of 2008. With the support of SEF, Intel conducted an MT batch covering seven schools, with 200-300 students each. 15 Mts were trained from the schools:

The 15 MTs have trained 225 PTs on the Getting Started course. The teachers are very enthusiastic and motivated towards technology aided learning. The support of Mr. Saifullah, Assistant Manager of Fellowship School Program (S.E.F) and Prof. Rafiq Ahmed Siddiqui the MD of SEF has been phenomenal and extremely encouraging.

SEF also has a community based program in which community members help them to organize and work systematically the in education sector. This program is supported by Mr. Daman Ali Bozar Senior Manager Community Base Program (S.E.F) who has agreed to support Intel’s initiatives in the future.

Ms. Rubina Jahangir, Senior Trainer of Intel Education Intitative has managed to complete the PT trainings in the schools, as well as following up for implementation. Ms. ShahBano is dillengently supporting the implementation and following up process in the schools. SEF is also interested in availing the Essentials Course in the year 2009.

Introduction to National Students Federation (NSF)

One of the oldest progressive student organisations in Pakistan. Began as the student wing of the Communist Party of Pakistan (CPP). Exhibited electoral supremacy in student union elections through the 1960s and early 1970s. Was at the forefront of the movement against the Ayub Khan dictatorship in 1968. Experienced a split in early 1960s when a pro-China faction broke away and formed the Democratic Students Federation (DSF). Electoral influence started to vain from 1973 onwards as another faction broke away and formed the Liberal Students Federation (LSF).
In the late 1970s and 1980s the NSF became part of the progressive electoral alliances, the United Students Movement (USM) in Karachi and the Progressive Students Alliance in Punjab. Currently the NSF has a small presence in a couple of colleges in Sindh, Punjab and Azad Kashmir.

In the wake of a road accident involving a student of his institution, the principal of Government D J Science College on Wednesday urged the city nazim to issue orders for measures to minimize the chances of accidents on Dr Ziauddin Ahmed Road.

According to the said college’s principal, Prof Ravi Shankar, a student of his college on bike was hit by a car near the college campus on Dr Ziauddin Ahmed Road.

Hundreds of students and teachers of Karachi University (KU) on Tuesday took out a peaceful rally against the ongoing relentless and barbaric Israeli terrorism on helpless women, children and elderly Palestinians from KU Administration Block to KU Silver Jubilee Gate.
Students and teachers chanted slogans against the Israeli aggression and USA, including “Death to Israel” and “Death to USA.” They were carrying placards inscribed with the anti-American and Israeli slogans. Some placards were inscribed with harsh words for President Bush.

Lahore: The office of District Manager Tevta situated at Polytechnic Institute for Printing & Graphic Arts Wahdat Road was attacked by protesting students on Friday over non -availability of water in the institute.

According to details, students of the institute which runs under the administrative control of Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (Tevta) have been facing acute water shortage for almost a month when the principal of Government College of Science Wahdat Road disconnected water connection of the institute.

The Tevta's Polytechnic Institute of Printing & Graphic Arts is situated next to the college and main gate of the college is used as entrance for both the educational institutions.

شق نمبر 2:۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ہر وہ طالب علم جوپی ایس ایف کے بنیادی نظریات، تناظر، پروگرام، لائحہ عمل اور طریقہ کار سے متفق ہو۔ پی ایس ایف کے نظریات کی تبلیغ و ترویج کرے اور پی ایس ایف کی سرگرمیوں میں بھرپور کردار ادا کرے وہ پی ایس ایف کا ممبر ہو گا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
شق نمبر 2ذیلی شق نمبر (i)۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ بنیادی نظریات:۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چونکہ پی ایس ایف پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی کا سٹوڈنٹ ونگ ہے جسے شہید ذوالفقار علی بھٹو نے نظریاتی بنیادوں پر بنایا تھا۔ اس لئے پاکستان پیپلز پارتی کی بنیادی دستاویزات کے مطابق ایک گیر طبقاتی سماج کے قیام کے لئے سوشلسٹ نظریات کا استعمال ہی پی ایس ایف کا مطمع نظر ہوگا۔ لہٰذا بھٹو کے نظریات ہی پی ایس ایف کے بنیادی نظریات تصور ہوں گے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

شق نمبر 2ذیلی شق نمبر (ii)۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تناظر:۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ موجودہ عہد کے تقاضوں کے مطابق ایک طاقتور طلبا تنظیم تعمیر کرنے کے لئے ضروری ہے کہ سائنسی بنیادوں پر حالات و واقعات کو سمجھا اور پرکھا جائے اور اس کے بعد ایک تناظر تخلیق کر تے ہوئے ایک موزوں حکمت عملی اختیار کی جائے۔ اس لئے ہر سال پی ایس ایف کی قیادت کی طرف سے ایک دستاویزچھپوا کر پی ایس ایف کے تمام ممبران میں تقسیم کی جائے جس میں سماجی تبدیلی کا تناظر واضح کیا جائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ شق نمبر 3:۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ پی ایس ایف کا ہر ممبر اور ہر عہدیدار باقاعدہ طالب علم ہونا ضروری ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

شق نمبر 4:۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ صوبائی عہدیداروں کی معیاد دو سال ہو گی اور دو سال بعد جمہوری طریقہ کار کے ذریعے نئے عہدیداران منتخب کئے جائیں گے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

شق نمبر 5:۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ضلعی عہدیداران کی معیاد ایک سال ہوگی اور ہر سال جمہوری طریقے سے نئے عہدیداران منتخب کئے جائیں گے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

شق نمبر 6:۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ فیصلہ سازی کے لئے مندرجہ ذیل اصول واضح کئے جاتے ہیں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

(i) تمام دادروں کے اندر کسی اختلافی نقطہ نظر کو حل کرنے کے لئے نظریاتی اور سیاسی بحث کی جائے ۔ ووٹنگ کے عمل سے بچنے کے لئے حتی المقدور کوشش کی جائے اور متفقہ فیصلہ قابل ترجیح ہو گا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
(ii)اگر ووٹنگ ناگزیر ہو تو اقلیت کو اکثریت کا فیصلہ تقسیم کرنا ہو گا اور پوری دلجمعی کے ساتھ اس فیصلے پر عمل کرنا ہو گا۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

(iii)کسی بھی زیریں ادارے کے لئے لازمی ہوگا کہ وہ اپنے بالا اداروں کے فیصلوں پر عملدرآمد کو یقینی بنائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

(iv)کسی ایک ممبر یا عہدیدار کے خلاف اگر تادیبی کاروائی ضروری ہو جائے تو اس کے لئے اس ادارے کے ممبران کی اکثریت درکار ہو گی۔ اس کاروائی کے خلاف وہ شخص پی ایس ایف کی صوبائی تنظیمی باڈی کواپیل کرنے کا حق رکھتا ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

(v)کسی زیریں اور بالا ادارے کے درمیان اختلاف کی صورت میں بالا ادارے کے فیصلے کو بر تر حیثیت حاصل ہو گی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

(vi)اگر کسی بھی بالا ادارے کے اندر اختلاف ہو تو اسے بحث کے ذریعے حل کیاجائے۔۔۔۔۔۔

شق نمبر 7:۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔پی ایس ایف کے تنظیمی ڈھانچے مندرجہ ذیل ہوں گے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

صوبائی ڈھانچہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔(i) صدر (ii) سیکرٹری جنرل (iii) سیکرٹری انفارمیشن و نشر و اشاعت (iv) سٹڈی سرکل انچارج ( v) فنانس سیکرٹری۔ ۔۔۔۔ ڈویژنل ،ضلعی اورتحصیل کے ڈھانچے بھی صوبائی ڈھانچے کی طرز پر ہوں گے۔۔۔۔۔۔ کے ہر تعلیمی ادارے یونیورسٹی، کالج، سکول میں بھی ادارے کی سطح پر یہی ڈھانچے اسی طرز پرگے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

شق نمبر 8:۔ ۔۔۔۔۔۔ ۔۔۔۔۔۔ پی ایس ایف پنجا ب کی میتنگ ہر مہینے ہونا ضروری ہے۔ تاہم صدر اور سیکرٹری جنرل باہم مشاورت سے ہنگامی میٹنگ کال کر سکتے ہیں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

شق نمبر 9:۔ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ۔۔ ضلعی، ڈویژنل یا صوبائی عہدیدار اگر ایک ماہ یا اس سے زیادہ عرصہ کے لئے غیر فعال ہو جائے تو اس کو تبدیل کیا جا سکتاہے اور اس کے لئے وہی طریقہ کار استعمال ہو گا جوشق نمبر 6کی ذیلی شق (iv) میں درج ہے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

شق نمبر 10:۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تمام تعلیمی اداروں میں ہفتہ وار سٹڈی سرکل کا انعقادضلعی عہدیداران کی ذمہ داری ہو گی۔بصورت دیگر ان کے خلاف کاروائی کی جا سکے گی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

شق نمبر 11:۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ہر سال ضلعی کنونش کا انعقاد ضلعی عہدیداران کی ذمہ داری ہو گی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
شق نمبر 12:۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ہر دو سال کے بعد پی ایس ایف کا کنونشن کا انعقاد صوبائی عہدیداران کی ذمہ داری ہو گی۔

٭ جدید تعلیم سب کا بنیادی حق ہے اس لئے ہر سطح پر جدید تعلیم مفت اور آبادی کے تمام حصوں کی تعلیم تک رسائی ممکن بنائی جائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

٭تمام تر نجی تعلیمی اداروں کو حکومتی تحویل میں لے کر اور نجکاری کی پالیسی کو ختم کر کے تعلیم کی خرید و فروخت بند کی جائے اور تعلیمی اداروں کو اساتذہ ، والدین اور طلباءکی کمیٹیوں کے جمہوری کنٹرول میں دیا جائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

٭ میرٹ اور سیلف فنانس جیسی قاتلانہ پالیسیوں اور طبقاتی نظام تعلیم کا خاتمہ کیا جائے اور ہر سطح پر یکساں تعلیمی معیار قائم کیا جائے اور فرسودہ اور رجعتی نصاب کو ختم کر کے جدید نصاب تعلیم مرتب کیا جائے جو طلباءکی تحقیقی اور تخلیقی صلاحیتوں کو فروغ دے سکے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

٭ طلباءیونین پر عائد پابندی ختم کی جائے اور یونین کے انتخابات کروائے جائیں اور طلباءکی آزاد سیاسی ، ادبیاور دیگر ثقافتی سرگرمیوں کو فروغ دیا جائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

٭ تمام بنیادی ضروری تعلیمی و تحقیقی سامان کے ساتھ ساتھ کھیلوں کا سامان اور دیگر تفریھی سامان فراہم کر کے تعلیمی اداروں کے ماحول کو صحت افزا بنایا جائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

٭آبادی کے تناسب سے تعلیمی ادارے قائم کئے جائیں اور دیہاتی و شہری امتیازات کو ترجیحی بنیادوں پر ختم کرنے کے لئے ضروری اقدامات کئے جائیں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

٭تعلیمی اداروںکے ہاسٹلز میں طلبہ کو تمام سہولیات مفت مہیا کی جائیں اور تعداد کے تناسب سے نئے ہاسٹلز تعمیر کئے جائیں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

٭جنسی بنیادوں پر قائم تفریق کا خاتمہ اور بلا تخصیص ہر شعبے میں خواتین کو نمائندگی برابری کی بنیاد پر دی جائے اور مخلوط نظام تعلیم رائج کیا جائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

٭مزہبی اداروں میں جنونی اور غیر سائنسی تعلیم و تربیت بند کی جائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

٭ اساتذہ کی تنخواہوں اور مراعات میں اضافہ کر کے ٹیوشن مافیا جیسی لعنت کا خاتمہ کیا جائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

٭ ملکی سطح پر ٹرانسپورٹ کی سہولت مہیا کی جائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

٭ہر فرد کو روزگار یا بیروزگاری الاو نس کم ازم کم 5000روپے تمام بنیادی سہولیات”صحت اور رہائش جیسی“ مفت سہولیات کے ساتھ دیا جائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

٭چائلڈ لیبر کا فوری خاتمہ کیا جائے اور ایسے تمام بچوں کو ریاستی اخراجات پر تعلیم اور دیگر بنیادی ضروریات فراہم کی جائیں اور چائلڈ لیبر کو غیر قانونی قرار دیتے ہوئے محنت کرنے کی عمر کا تعین کیا جائے جو کم از کم 18سال لازمی ثانوی تعلیم کے ساتھ ہونی چاہئے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

٭ تمام اداروں کو خصوصاً تعلیمی اداروں کو فوری طور پر منشیات کے بیوپاریوں سے پاک کیا جائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
٭انفرادی دہشت گردی اور مذہبی فرقہ واریتکے خلاف بھرپور جدوجہد کی جائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ٭ قومی ، لسانی، مذہبی اور علاقائی تعصب کے خلاف پر عزم جدوجہد کی جائے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔

تاریخ کے ہر عہد کا اپنا مخصوص کردار اور کیفیتےں ہو تی ہیں ۔ تاریخ کے کسی بھی عہد کے کردار اور اس کے مستقبل کے تناظر کو سمجھے بغیر اس کو بدلنے میں کوئی کردار ادا نہیں کیا جاسکتا۔اسی طرح ہر عہد کے اپنے نظریات ہوتے ہیں جو اس عہد کو سمجھنے اور اس کی وضاحت کرنے کی اہلیت رکھتے ہیں ۔انقلابیو ں کا اولین فریضہ یہ ہو تا ہے کہ وہ جس عہد میں زندہ ہوتے ہیں سب سے پہلے اس عہد کی اپنی مخصوص کیفیات اور کردار کو اس کے تاریخی تسلسل کے پس منظر میں سمجھتے ہوئے اس کے مستقبل کا تناظر تخلیق کریں اور پھر اس تناظر کے مطابق اپنے انقلابی کردار کا تعین کریں ۔آج کے جدید سائنسی دور میں کسی بھی چیز کی درست وضاحت صرف سائنسی بنیادوں پر ہی ممکن ہے ۔ جو سائنس ہمیں انسانی سماجوں کے ارتقاء،عروج و زوال اور تبدیلیوں کے عمل کی درست سمجھ بوجھ اور وضاحت کرنے میں مدد دیتی ہے، وہ سائنسی سوشلزم ہے ۔بھٹوازم کے نظریات کا بنیادی اصول یہ ہے کہ اس کائنات کی ہر شے بشمول انسانی سماج ہر لمحہ حرکت اور تبدیلی کے مسلسل عمل سے گزر رہی ہے اور کوئی بھی شے حتمی یا مقدس نہیں ہے۔اگر موجودہ دنیا کو دیکھا جائے تو اکیسویں صدی کے آغاز پر ہمیں پوری دنیا میں جو جنگیں ، خو نریزیاں ، دہشت گردی ، بھوک ، بیروزگاری ،افلاس اور عدم استحکام نظر آتاہے وہ اس بات کی عکاسی کرتا ہے کہ عالمی سطح پر سرمایہ دارانہ نظام اپنے زوال کی انتہاﺅں کو چھو رہاہے اور اب اس میں انسانیت کو ترقی دینے اور ان کے مسائل حل کرنے کی معمولی سی گنجائش بھی باقی نہیں بلکہ سرمایہ دارانہ نظام کا وجود ہی مسائل کا باعث بن رہا ہے ۔دوسری جانب سرمایہ دارانہ گلوبلائزیشن نے پوری دنیا کو معاشی ،سماجی ،سیاسی اور ثقافتی ہر حوالے سے ایک ایسی اکائی بنادیاہے جہاں دنیا کے کسی بھی خطے میں رونما ہونے والا کو ئی واقعہ ، حادثہ یا تبدیلی پوری دنیاپر اپنے اثرات مرتب کرتا ہے۔دنیا کی سب سے بڑی صنعتی ،معاشی ،سیاسی اور فوجی طاقت امریکہ ،عراق ،افغانستان اور دیگر خطوں کے معصوم انسانوں اور تہذیبوں کو برباد کر کے سرمایہ داری کی لاش کی اکھڑی ہو ئی سانسوں کو بحال کرنے کی کوشش کر رہا ہے ۔۔ایک جانب ٹیکنالوجی ترقی کے اس معیار کو چھو رہی ہے کہ انسان چاند ،مریخ اور اس سے دور دراز سیاروں پر زندگی کے آثار تلاش کررہاہے تو دوسری جانب اس کرہ ارض پر نسل انسانی کی آدھی سے زیادہ آبادی بھوک اور بیماری سے سسک سسک کر مرنے کے لیے جی رہی ہے اور جینے کے لیے مررہی ہے۔حالانکہ صرف ایک نیسلے کی کمپنی پوری دنیا کی خوراک کی ضرورتیں پوری کر سکتی ہے۔ اگر اس ٹیکنالو جی کو سرمایہ داری کی منافع کی ہوس پوری کرنے کی بجائے سوشلزم کے ذریعے انسانوں کے مسائل کو حل کرنے اور ان کے معیار زندگی کو بہتر بنانے کے لیے استعمال کیا جائے تو صرف دس سال میں اس کرہ ارض سے سرمایہ داری کی پیدا کردہ غربت ، جہالت ، بیماری ، دہشتگردی اور جرائم سمیت تمام مسائل کا نشان تک مٹاکر اس کرہ ارض کو انسانوں کے لیے حقیقی جنت بنایا جاسکتا ہے۔ عالمی سطح پرہم ایک ایسی کیفیت میں داخل ہو چکے ہیں جہاں ایک جانب مرتا ہوا سرمایہ داری نظام اپنے ساتھ انسانی نسل کو بھی بربادی کی جانب دھکیل رہا ہے تو دوسری جانب وینزویلا سمیت پورے لاطینی امریکہ کے محنت کش عوام اور نو جوان سرمایہ داری نظام کے خلاف بغاوت میں اٹھ کھڑ ے ہوئے ہیں اور ان کی جرات مند مزاحمت نے ثابت کر دیا ہے کہ جب محنت کش عوام اور نو جوان بغاوت میں اٹھ کھڑے ہو تے ہیں تو ان کو دنیا کی سب سے بڑی فوجی طاقت اپنی وحشیانہ بمباری کے ذریعے بھی کچل نہیں سکتے۔ تمام ترعالمی ،مالیاتی و سامراجی ادارے آئی ایم ایف ورلڈ بینک ڈبلیو ٹی ٰ او، اپنی قاتلانہ معاشی پالیسےوں ڈاون سائزنگ ، نجکاری وغیرہ کے ذریعے محنت کش طبقے ، نوجوانوں اور طالب علموںکو بر باد کرتے جا رہے ہیں ۔ اقوام متحدہ ایک بیکار اور سامراج کے دلال اور مفلوج ادارے کے طورپربے نقاب ہو چکاہے اور اس میں کشمیر اور فلسطین سمیت کسی بھی مسئلے کو حل کرنے کی اہلیت نہیں ہے۔ ہم عراق ، افغانستان اور دیگر خطوں پر سامراجی قبضے کی مذمت کرتے ہیں اور غیر ملکی افواج کے فوری انخلا ءکا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔ہم عالمی سطح پر سرمایہ داری اور سامر اج کے خلاف ابھرنے والی محنت کشوں اور مظلوموں کی تمام تحریکوں اور لڑائیوں کی مکمل حماےت کرتے ہیں۔چونکہ سرمایہ داری نظام اور عالمی سامراج ہی پاکستان سمیت دنیا بھر کے مظلوم، محکوم اور استحصال کا شکار عوام کی غلامی اور مصائب کا اصل سبب ہے۔ سرمایہ داری نظام کو عالمی سطح پر شکست دیے بغیر سوشلزم کی تعمیر اور نسل انسانی کی حقیقی آزادی ممکن نہیں ۔ موجودہ عہد کی سب سے بنیادی خاصیت یہی ہے کہ اس عالمگیرےت کے عہد میں جہاں استحصال اور جبر وغلامی بین الاقوامی ہے تو اس استحصال اور غلامی کے خلاف ابھرنے والی محنت کشوں اور نوجوانوں کی تحریک کا کردار بھی بین الاقوامی ہے۔اسی بنیاد پر پی ایس ایف یہ سمجھتی ہے کہ پاکستان کے طلباءکی تحریک کو فتح مند کرنے کے لیے برصغیر اور دنیا بھر کے طلباءاور محنت کشوں کی تحریکوں سے طبقاتی جڑتبناتے ہوئے سرمایہ داری کے خاتمے اور عالمی سوشلسٹ انقلاب کی جدوجہد کرنا ہو گی۔سرمایہ دارانہ ریاستےں انسانوں کو تقسیم کر کے ان کو ایک دوسر ے کا دشمن بناتی ہیں جبکہ سوشلزم کا مقصد انسانوں کے درمیان تمام تفریقوں اور تقسیمو ں کو مٹاتے ہو ئے عظیم عالمی انسانی یکجہتی کو فروغ دیناہے۔یہی وہ فریضہ ہے جس کی تکمیل کا آغاز طلاب علموں اور نوجوانوں نے کردیا ہے اور جس کی تکمیل دنیا بھر کے محنت کش ، طالبعلم اور نوجوان کریں گے۔سوشلزم کا علم تھامے آگے بڑھو! آخر ی فتح ہمارا مقدرہے۔ ۔۔۔۔۔۔ عالمی برادری اور ہمارا مو¿قف ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ٭ ہم عالمی سامراج کو کرہ ارض پر ناسور تصور کرتے ہیں اور دنیا بھر میں عالمی سامراج کے خلاف برسر پیکار قوتوں کے ساتھ یکجہتی کا اظہار کرتے ہیں۔ ہم سمجھتے ہیں کہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ عالمی سامراج کا وجودہی دنیا بھر میں بھوک ، ننگ، افلاس، قحط ، جنگ، استحصال ، ظلم ، جبر ، بربریت اور سماجی نا انصافی کا باعث ہے ۔ چنانچہ ہم عالمی سامراج کو نیست ونابود کرنے کی خاطر دنیا بھر میں طا لب علمو ں، مزدوروں اور کسانوں کے اتحاد کے پرچم تلے جدوجہد کے داعی ہیں ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ٭ ہم غیر متزلزل یقین رکھتے ہیں کہ سوشلزم ہی دنیا کو ناامیدی اور یاسیت کے گھٹاٹوپ اندھیروں سے نکال سکتاہے۔سوشلزم ہی انسانیت کی بقاءکا ضامن ہے ۔ چنانچہ ہم عملی طور پرسوشلزم کی جدوجہد کی حمایت کرتے ہیں اور اپنے آپ کو عالمی سوشلسٹ انقلاب برپا کرنے کے لیے کی جانے والی جدوجہد کااٹوٹ انگ گردانتے ہیں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ٭ تمام نام نہاد غیر جانبدار عالمی ادارے (اقوام متحدہ وغیرہ) عالمی سامراج کے آلہ کا رہیں اس لیے عالمی سطح پر ان ادارو ں کی بجائے محنت کش طبقے کی انقلابی تحریکوں سے جڑتبناتے ہوئے سو شلسٹ انقلاب کو جاری رکھناہم اپنا بےن الاقوامی فرےضہ سمجھتے ہےں

طلبہ حقوق کا حصول اور تحفظ پی ایس ایف کی جدوجہد کامحورہے طلبہ کسی بھی سماج کا ہراول، حساس اور باشعور حصہ ہوتے ہیں جو سماج میں پائی جانیوالی ناانصافیو ں، ظلم اور استحصال کو سب سے پہلے محسوس کرتے ہیں اور اس کے خلاف احتجاج اور بغاوت کا آغازبھی عموماًطلبہ اور نوجوان ہی کیا کرتے ہیں۔ اس لیے پی ایس ایف کا یہ اولین فریضہ ہے کہ وہ طلبہ اور نوجوانوں کے بنیادی سیاسی اور جمہوری حقوق کے حصول کی جدوجہد کے ساتھ ساتھ نوجوانوں اور طلبہ کی انقلابی تربیت کا بھی اہتمام کرے ۔ اگر موجودہ دورمیں طلبہ اور نوجوانوں کے مسائل کو دیکھا جائے تو ان میں سر فہرست طلبہ یونےن کی بحالی ، طبقاتی اور فرسودہ نظام تعلیم کا خاتمہ ، ہر سطح پر آبادی کے تناسب سے جدید تعلیمی اداروں کا قیام، طلبہ کو تعلیم کی مفت فراہمی اور روزگار کی ضمانت کے ساتھ ساتھ کھیل ، ٹرانسپورٹ اور ثقافتی سر گر میوں تک رسائی شامل ہیں ۔ پی ایس ایف طلبہ سیاست میں غنڈہ گردی ،اسلحہ کلچر اور جنونی دہشت گرد عناصر کی شدید مخالفت کرتی ہے اور ان کے خلاف جدوجہد کی علمبردار ہے۔چونکہ حکمران طبقات طلبہ اتحاد کو توڑنے کے لیے شعوری طور پر طلبہ سیاست میں دہشت گردی اور غنڈہ گردی جیسے گھناﺅنے کلچر کو اپنی پالتو بنیاد پرست اور انتہاپسند تنظیموں کے ذریعے فروغ دیتے ہیں تاکہ طلبہ کو غیر ضروری لڑائیوں میں الجھا دیا جائے اور وہ اپنے حقوق کی جدوجہد نہ کر سکیں ۔ ہم سمجھتے ہیں کہ ہر شہری کو مفت تعلیم ، مفت علاج اور روزگار فراہم کرنا ریاست کی اولین ذمہ داری ہے۔ ان حقو ق کے حصول کے لئے تمام طلبہ کا متحد ہونا ضروری ہے تاکہ اپنے مسائل کے حل کی جدوجہد کو آگے بڑھا تے ہوئے محنت کش طبقے کے مسائل کی جدوجہد کے ساتھ منسلک کرکے اس نظام کے خلاف لڑاجائے۔طلبہ حقوق پر اس ریاست کا سب سے بڑا ڈاکہ طلبہ یو نین پر پابندی ہے۔ طلبہ یونین جو طلبہ کے حقوق کی جدوجہد کا سب سے منظم ادارہ تھاجس کے ذریعے تمام طلبہ اپنے ووٹ کے ذریعے قیادت منتخب کرتے تھے جو تعلیمی اداروں کے انتظامی اور دیگر معاملات میں طلبہ کے حقیقی نمائندے ہوتے تھے۔تعلیمی اداروں کی فیسوں میں اس وقت تک ایک روپے کا اضافہ بھی ممکن نہیں ہوتا تھا جب تک طلبہ یونین اس کی اجازت نہ دے۔ حکمرانوں نے طلبہ یونین پر پابندی عائد کرنے کے بعد تعلیمی اداروں کی فیسوں میںبے تحاشہ اضافہ کر دیاہے کہ غریب اور محنت کش طبقے کے نوجوانوں کے لئے معیاری تعلیم کا حصول ایک خواب بن کر رہ گیا ہے ۔اس ریاست اور نظام کا دوسرا بڑا جرم بے روزگاری ہے ۔ان تمام مشکلات کو عبور کرتے ہوئے جونوجوان تعلیمی اداروں سے فارغ ہونے کے بعد ڈگریا ں ہاتھ میں لیے آنکھوں میں خواب سجائے روزگار کی تلاش میں فیکٹریوں ، صنعتوں اور دیگر سرکاری و غیر سرکاری اداروں میں در بدر بھٹکتے ہیں، لیکن انہیں روزگار نہیں مل پاتا۔بیروزگاری کی مسلسل اذیت کا شکار ہوکر نوجوان مسائل کے حل کے لیے یا تو جرائم کا راستہ اپناتے ہیں یا پھر مایوسی اور بددلی کے اندھیروں میں ڈوب کر منشیات کا سہارا لے کر فرار کا راستہ اختیار کرتے ہیں اوربربادی کی راہ پر چل نکلتے ہیں ۔روزگارکی تلاش میں نوجوانوں کی ایک بڑی تعداد مشرق وسطیٰ اور یورپ وامریکہ میں انتہائی ذلت آمیز زندگی گزارنے پر مجبور ہیں ۔ نوجوانوں کے تمام تر مسائل کا حل اس نظام کے خاتمے سے وابستہ ہے اور PSF کے نوجوانوں کا یہ عزم ہے کہ وہ ان مسائل اور اس نظام کے خاتمے کے نظریے اور پروگرام کی بنیاد پر نوجوانوں اور طلبہ کو منظم و متحد کرتے ہوئے آخری فتح تک جدوجہد جاری رکھیںگے۔

وزیر اعظم سید یوسف رضا گیلانی نے ہفتہ کے روز پیپلز یوتھ آرگنائزیشن اور پیپلز سٹوڈنٹس فیڈریشن کے وفد سے ملاقات کی۔ سٹیٹ گیسٹ ہاﺅس لاہور میں ہونے والی ملاقات کے دوران وفد کے ارکان نے وزیراعظم کو تعلیمی اداروں میں طلبہ یونینوں کے نصابی اور غیر نصابی مسائل کے بارے میں آگاہ کیا۔ اس موقع پر وزیراعظم سید یوسف رضا گیلانی نے کہا کہ انہوں نے اپنے سو روزہ پروگرام میں طلبہ یونینز کی بحالی کا اعلان کیا تھا جس کا مقصد مستقبل کے لئے نئی قیادت تیار کرنا اور طلبہ کی صلاحیتوں سے استفادہ کرنا ہے تاکہ مستقبل میں ملک میں مثبت سیاسی و جمہوری روایات کو فروغ حاصل ہونے کے ساتھ ساتھ جمہوری اداروں میں استحکام پیدا ہوسکے

These are the very first ever released Classic "non A" Celeron with no L2 cache, and known for being huge overclockers. A very hard to find CPU and a collector's item. We have only 3 left. All were tested to run @450mhz (this is achieved by running them with a 100mhz bus) on a high quality 440BX motherboard. The CPU's were not tagged so we do not know which will run at which speeds, plus no one of course can sell any "guaranteed overclock" speed on ANY CPU since it is dependent upon the motherboard.
